Smooth Shaker Kitchen offering a modern twist to the traditional shaker style. Crafted by Leicht, this kitchen uses beautiful Cashmere Carre shaker doors in the kitchen area and plain Ceres doors in the utility area. This offers a way to differentiate between the areas which are separated by an archway.

The previous kitchen felt closed off from the rest of the property due to wall units coming out over the peninsular. Our customer wanted this removed and for there to be cupboard floor units that opened on both sides of the peninsular. They wanted an integrated microwave above a double oven and had been told this wasn’t possible by other companies. We looked at this and were able to do this for them. Overall, they had specific requirements about how they wanted their kitchen to work for them. We listened to them at every step and met these. In particular they wanted a specific handle which we didn’t usually supply. However, we found the handle for them and were able to supply this.

With their utility area, they wanted to fit in a washing machine, tumble dryer, utility cupboard and a coat and shoes cupboard. By stacking the washing machine and tumble dryer in a tall unit we were able to do this. This meant the coat and shoes cupboard could be fitted in.

Overall, the end result is a timeless classic look which they love. We are confident they will have many years of enjoyment using their new kitchen.
