MODERN DARK KITCHEN – CONTEMPORARY AND STYLISH
Modern dark kitchen – contemporary and stylish
Modern dark kitchen which features corner coffee centre and large space for cooking. This kitchen is from our Leicht collection and showcases the beautiful Pearl range in Opal. The matt acrylic doors are scratch resistant and anti-fingerprint, with a shimmering metallic undertone which is simply stunning.
Our clients wanted an open plan kitchen with plenty of storage and lots of workspace for cooking. They also wanted a unit for a slide out coffee centre which could hide away when not in use. In addition they wanted to look out at views across their lounge while cooking.
We designed a peninsular with plenty of tall units between to house ovens as they are keen cooks. The hob was set on the peninsular so that they could enjoy their views while cooking. We also used a venting hob from Bora so that there would be no hood to obscure the view. A coffee centre was placed as a mid-corner unit with a pull out shelf. With other shelving above inside this unit, our client has been very happy with this.
In addition to the Bora X Pure hob, this kitchen is equipped with a host of Miele appliances. These include an oven, micro-combi oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Under-counter lighting illuminates the base units and under-wall cabinet lighting adds a touch of sophistication.
Our client is very happy with the final result. We love the look and feel of the Leicht Pearl doors and the overall dark colour palette is very striking.
