CUSTOMER REVIEWS
The service and attention we have received from Paul, Maz and Andrew has been second to none. We had three separate Kitchen Companies come to design and quote for our kitchen initially and had a fairly good idea of how we wanted the layout of the kitchen. The first two companies designed our kitchen based on just our ideas as “amateurs” – Paul at Dekor however not only embraced our ideas at the design stage but came up with a host of extra features and suggestions which made our kitchen not just a standard one – but a bespoke and individual one – which exceeded our expectations.
We particularly wanted a door handle that we had seen – which was not one that Dekor stocked – but this was no problem for Maz, who researched the handle we wanted from a photograph we had taken and found the exact one – which really sets our kitchen apart. Timely and punctual dates agreed for the installation of the kitchen were adhered to – and the fitter Andrew arrived promptly and worked like a trojan every day he was with us. Special thanks must also go to him – as he had a nightmare of a job removing our old kitchen intact and then juggling with the myriad of units for our new kitchen which all arrived on time. He is an absolute master craftsman at his profession – and the quality and standard of his work is exceptional. Paul also came to oversee the progress of works and checked with us afterwards that we were happy with the end result.
We have had rather envious looks from friends and family who have seen our new kitchen! It really is perfection and we are so glad we chose Dekor to design and fit our kitchen – we have already recommended you to our friends.
Superb from start to finish and beyond. The team has been extremely helpful and friendly whether it is the designers, accounts, installation or support.
We have an old house and had a complex shaped kitchen (no straight lines) and they have created a unique, stylish kitchen on budget and filled it with great gear. They came back a couple of extra times to check out mm differences in a few measurements to make sure the install went well.
The kitchen was delivered on time and with all we wanted. There has been one issue with a door and that has been fixed.
We got quotes from 3 companies and Dekor’s quote was the best value and over £50k cheaper than the most expensive.
We wouldn’t look at another company their quality and value for money is superb. Cannot rate them highly enough.
An excellent service with great attention to detail. A high quality product superbly installed. We’d recommend them to anyone.
I can not speak too highly regarding the quality of service and workmanship provided by Dekor Kitchens. From the outset Paul was honest and demonstrated huge integrity, being open about what was possible and the costs involved. He worked with us to develop our ideas. His team were incredibly professional, Paul stated that all issues, however small, would be dealt with to our satisfaction…and that was exactly the experience we had. He delivered exactly what was promised. Tony and Andrew were a delight to have in the house…I have never dealt with builders who are so discreet, professional and fun!
From initially walking into the superb showroom until completion of our new kitchen we were completely impressed with the whole team. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable with some great ideas and advice. All of which delivered in a friendly manner, we are thrilled with the outcome, thank you all.
Very good service and jolly nice people, kitchen arrived on time and the delivery chaps were really helpful.
We are both delighted with the kitchen you have helped us to create over the last year Aug 2019-Aug 2020 – despite all the trials of Covid 19.
Our house has the kitchen it always deserved but it would never have been put in place without the listening skills, design skills, considered patience and additional influencing thoughts of you and your colleagues – that we have encountered.
Everyone involved from Dekor has adopted a “we will” get it right approach to keep a, hopefully for the most part reasonable, Customer happy. This seems to be an increasingly difficult objective to attain and achieve but Dekor have properly done that in our case.
We have no hesitation in recommending Dekor Kitchens to anyone who maybe considering benefitting from your knowledge, experience and skill in designing and fitting a Kitchen to enhance the quality of their lives.
Throughout our whole project you and your staff have been exceptional. A rare commodity these days for sure. You are a tribute to small businesses everywhere. I don’t think I have ever had such a great service from anyone at anytime. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. I will go out of my way to recommended your company to anyone and everyone I can. Five star service, thank you.
Tony has done a cracking job and is a real credit to Dekor Kitchens and it was a pleasure to have him on site. In the realms of building houses it refreshing to have a company to provide a schedule of works and complete work ahead of schedule.
We wanted to thank you and your team for doing such a good job on redesigning and fitting our utility room.
Andrew, who spent the week fitting the units, was wonderful and very thoughtful as well as obviously very skilled.
Huge thanks for all your hard work advice and superb workmanship. We have a beautiful working kitchen and we are delighted. Will certainly recommend you all to friends and family.
I’m really pleased with my new kitchen from Dekor Kitchens. Throughout the process Lee and his team were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well as 100% reliable. Everything went to plan and all promises were kept. Aftercare is great too – I would definitely recommend Dekor if you want a beautiful kitchen and easy, hassle-free installation and care.
Dekor completed our kitchen renovation to a very high standard under the guidance of Lee Brimecombe. It was a pleasure working with him and his team who managed our expectations and changes to original thoughts exceptionally well. The high quality of the units and the expertise of the fitter made the kitchen look superb and would certainly recommend Dekor to anyone.
Lovely kitchen, great service, even though we took best part of two years of messing about with various designs and ideas. Without any shadow of doubt, Dekor were the best trades we had working on a very large house refurbishment where there were many other different trades. The attention to detail is most impressive, a 300 year old barn with very wonky walls, yet the installation is simply perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Dekor.
We used to only use Dekor for our higher value developments until we realised that with the all round package and service we received from Dekor we were better off using them for everything. We considered design, choice, quality, cost, fitting, pre and post sale service and now wouldn’t even consider using anybody else. Additionally, they’re all a great bunch of people to deal with!
I could not have hoped for a more friendly, considerate, patient and professional team to guild me through the process from initial ideas to completion. Throughout every stage, your thoughtful recommendations, attention to detail, cleanliness of work methods and genuine care ensured that the inevitable upheaval and disruption involved in such a project was never problematic and the whole process was as smooth as I could have wished for.
Delighted with our Kitchen. Excellent service. The fitter was a joy to work with and the aftercare has been superb.
Superb service from start to finish and great range of kitchens. Highly recommend.
Fab job. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Love it, now the best room in the house!
For a job Well done!
